Week 7 - The Nemesis

BSL CLASSIC KICKS OFF
This story is as long as the history of the Bigtime Soccer League itself.  Original members and original rivals.  Fitting is the case, as Capital District and Alamo City are the two most decorated clubs in the history of the league.  This season has started very differently for each club and the two sit in stark contrast to one another as their first meeting of 2016 arrives.  Alamo City knows better though ...

... "We're nervous as all hell right now"
... "This is the last club we want to play this week"
... "Just look at the history, they're position means nothing"
... "CD?  Great, this is ripe for a momentum swing"

Yes, that's the feeling around Alamo City's training ground as the club prepares to go on the road and kick off the BSL Classic.  The FO, fans, and veteran Battle players know the story all too well.  No matter how well the Battle are playing or how down the Gunners may be, one way or another Capital District always seems to find a way.  If there's ever been a time to get over the hump though ...
... it's now.
